What are error msgs?

When trying to send email larger than 2 kb, Iget the following:

A time-out occurred while communicating with the server. Subject 'Fw: Eagles', Account: 'cox', Server: 'smtp.west.cox.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19

You have Norton AntiVirus 2003 or Norton AntiVirus 2002 installed.

You have Scan incoming Email and Scan outgoing Email turned on in Norton AntiVirus.

Start Norton AntiVirus.

Click Options If a menu appears when you click Options, click Norton AntiVirus The Norton AntiVirus Options dialog box appears.

In the Internet section, click Email.

Click to clear the Scan incoming Email and Scan outgoing Email check box.

Click OK.

Close Norton AntiVirus.
