What is upgrading realone?

I was upgrading my realone player the other day. When it was finished I restarted the computer when prompted to. The computer doesn't continue start. A message comes up saying Please wait while Setup updates your configuration files. This may take a few minutes...

Well about 3 or 4 minutes goes by and this message appears:

Windows could not upgrade the %1 from %2

%1:%2

It just keeps repeating that over and over again every 3 or 4 minutes or so. It does not continue to start. This has never happened before. Can you help me?

Upgrade the Bios and check the Driver for the Player.

Press delete before windows screen loads Reset Bios Update Driver for the player through the control Panel, System Tools, Device Manager.
