My CD-Rom Driver has just disappeared & I found the answer from your site , I went through these steps:
1. Start the REGEDIT.EXE program.
2. Go to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Policies\Explorer
but the problem is when I go to : Current versions\Policies , in Policies folder there is no folder named : Explorer ! there are only " Network " & "Rating" folders.
What should I do?
Please if you can help me.
Thanks alot.
With best wishes

THIS IS A SIMPLER WAY TO INSTALL DRIVERS.
1 DOUBLE CLICK MY COMPUTER
2 RIGHT CLICK YOUR (CD) DRIVE AND CHOOSE PROPERTIES.
3 CLICK THE (HARDWARE) TAB
4 WHERE IT SAYS ALL DISK DRIVES CHOOSE THE CD -ROM
5 THAN CLICK PROPERTIES
6 A WINDOW SHOULD APPEAR WITH SEVERAL CHOICES PICK (DRIVER)
7 HIT THE UPDATE DRIVER OPTION AND THE DRIVER WILL BE INSTALLED OR UPDATED
8 MAKE SURE YOUR IN THE INTERNET TO DOWNLOAD THE DRIVER
9 THE COMPUTER WILL PROMPT YOU TO BE RESTARTED AND SEE IF THE CD-ROM IS WORKING.
