What is BIOS

We can't acess any programs windows 2000 won't synchranize. What is the problem.

What you can so is go into your BIOS settings and start WIN2K in safety mode this way your computer will begin th boot process by loading only the vital programs neccessary to run your computer This will includes IO.SYS, MSDOS.SYS, COMMAND.COM
