Can I fix an error message that my friend says is power supply driver?

my computer has a error message and my friend who is good with computers (supposely...) said it was the power supply driver if so is there any way to fix it? oh idk if it matters or not i got no cd-rom drive only cd-r

I can honestly tell you that I never heard of a power supply driver, power supplies do nothing but supply the PC with power, there are no drivers to be loaded Send in a question weth what the error message is and lets see if we can answer it.
