What is the best way to handle incomplete download billing problem

started to download internet washer for trial then decided not to complete. Now, how do I cancel? Their website for billing problems is not available.

If you had not completed the download then the web site should not charge you for the internet washer download, more so if you had not gone through the process of filling out the credit card information, they have no way of billing you If you have given them the credit card information and want to make sure you are not billrd then send and e mail to the website that you were going to download the internet washer from explaining your concerns and see if you get a timely reply
