When I try to send email, no mater what size, I get the following message:

A time-out occurred while communicating with the server, Account: 'Cox', Server: 'smtp.west.cox.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19.

Why? How can I fix it?

Thanks

Are you getting that message regardless of who you send the email to? Because from the message it sounds like that particular account "Cox" may not be active on the recieving SMTP server Try to send email to another person at a different address, if you get the same message it is probably your account.
