Exerpt from cmd line "set /?"

"....Please note that the octal notation can be confusing: 08 and 09 are not valid numbers because 8 and

9 are not valid octal digits."

Has anyone developed a script (DOS or KIX) to change the time on machines? I have users that are in two time zones and when a user in time zone a needs to process work in time zone b I would like to have the time changed autiomatically, through a script, before the main exe is executed.
