My neighbor has switched ISP from Earthlink 5.0 to Juno Version 6. He is running Windows 95 and Internet Explorer 5.5. He downloaded Juno Version 6 and is up and running except that he gets a continually flashing screen on the Juno home page when he connects via dial up. He has rebooted the computer, changed access dial up phone numbers and still gets the flashing screen. He can move to email or any to any other internet websites and gets normal "reception".
Any ideas??

If you can connect to other sites, then try deleting your cookies folder (in i.e go to tools internet options and look for the delete cookies button) if you still cannot connect to the juno site try using netscape navigator i belive thats the defualt for earthlink if the problem persist contact juno help desk/ earthlink help it maybe be a conflict of residual installation files.
