I received a laptop from work and have tried to install US ATLAS. When I try to run the E drive for setup, it states that it wants to me to insert a cd in the E drive. It's already there. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drive. It will not recognize any cd being in the drive. When I hit eject and push the cd back in, it sounds like the cd rom is trying to see the cd, but nothing happens. I put the cd in my desktop, and it recognized right away. Can you help?

Victor

Couple of questions did you try putting any other cd in the laptop? you might want to try that since the problem might be in your Laptops cd-rom Is the copy of your US ATLAS a burned copy, meaning it is burned in a cd-rom If so older cd-rom drives might not be able to read some cd-r's You might want to double check on that.
