I can't fix this problem never had this before can you help me out do I need to reinstall?

I’m getting this message: rundll32 has made an error in kernell32.dll

I’ve no problems when I work with the PC but every time when I bring up my windows I get this message. I can't fix this problem never had this before can you help me out do I need to reinstall? Or better not...
