Please tell me how to change the label of a CD-R after it has been written once?

Please tell me how to change the label of a CD-R after it has been written once? Please specify any software if any? 2) I wrote a CD-R using Nero software using a Samsung CD-RW Drive. I wrote it into 650 MB at a time in a single session. There is still 30 MB space left in the CD. I want to write another file without using a multisession. Is it possible to write? If not then can I open my choice of volume?

Please help....
