I just bought a new ASUS A7V8X motherboard. I mistakenly ordered the wrong RAM memory.
I decided to setup the motherboard anyway. I connected everything except the RAM. However, when I press the POWER switch nothing happens. The light on the motherboard is on but computer does not boot.
Is this because I have no RAM installed? Can you startup a computer without any RAM?
Or is there another problem?
