What do you do if your Cox highspeed internet service does not work?

Why dO I get disconnected from the internet sometimes when I have Cox high speed internet and it is supposed to be on 24/7 if I want it to be.

I had the same problem before and I felt the same way I suggest you first check with Cox's technical service as the problem may be prevelant in your neighborhood which may still contain older wiring Your intermittent service with Cox also may be caused by problems with Cox's DNS or DHCP server Reporting the problem and recording the times your service ceases will help the technicians troubleshoot the issue If they do not find anything wrong, the problem is either with the network cable, your NIC card of your TCP/IP settings
