When i try to set cpu jumper at 133 win xp will not boot up blue and then black screen computer boots up again does samething. Iam am currently only able to run at 1.4ghz . I want to run at cpu full capacity 1.73ghz. The cpu temp gets to about 60c have 4 case fans plus power supply fan. mother board is shuttle mk20n. I already spoke to microsoft no help and tested ram memory no help. No luck at talking to shuttle page is always down

Well my best answer is to tell you that jumpers are very tricky when it comes to changing them, maby for that type of action you need a better or stronger power supply You have to consider all of the hardware that you have running in your system
