Explore startup

How do I determine what the various items that are listed in startup are? I would like to disable some of them, but I'm afraid to unless I know what they are for.

Point to your Startup tab right click on.

Click on open.

There you will find all files on your startup menu.

This is were you can remove files from.

Highlight the file you wish to remove and cilck on delete.

this will not delete the the file from your system, it will delete the shortcut.
