Atempt to open link in new window and it will not connect

I cannot connect to other web sites through hyperlinks.For instance, if I right click on a link and attempt to "open link in new window" it will not connect. A"no page to display"fault appears.If I hit the stop button and then hit the refresh button it will connect sometimes.Any web site that is real time or interactive is also inexcessible(i.e. a Yahoo card room,a live fantasy sports draft).I am assuming it is related to the installation of Norton system works done 2 months ago.Maybe I deleted a file necessary for this action.Please help! - Mike

Maby it can be the deleted file that is playing problems with your vomputer Then It can be the fact that your computer is working at its peak compasity and needs more room to operate at a decient livil with the 98 and all.
