How can I get my computer to boot up in the saft mode?

When I boot up I get the message that msgsrv32.exe and mprexe.exe have caused a fatal errorand will shut down. My computer will not boot up except in saft mode.

I can suggest that you hire a professional technician in your situation, because since you said you tried booting up and you still get those messages, then I suggest you get a proffesional for the job.
