When shutting down the PC, an Error Message: Web DMI has caused an invalid page fault in Kernel32.dll at 0167:bff7b9a6 etc. ...

Press Ctrl Alt Delete

End all task.

Than click on Shutdown.

It could be that the web page that you are in is not closing.
