How do I change the font size in my Internet Browser?

Hi can you help? A while back I was on a website when I rolled the mouse the text ( letters) became big. Since then most websites have now got big text letters this making it hard to view the page unless I move cursors left to right I've tried getting it back to small or normal text letters but no luck I tried a system restore also tried reset web settings but no joy.

Can you think of anything??

Click the View tab on Internet Explorer, point to the Text Size and select medium to get letters in small text.
