Broswer problems

I have a question about my internet browser.

Recently anything that I click on that opens a new browser doesn't ever load.

Like pop-ups do not load, a new browser opens, but the page does not load, actual it

doesn't even change white, there's nothing there, but the tool bar, etc. and I can see

everything else behind it.

My internet browser is; Microsoft Internet Explorer. I'm not sure what version, but it

came default with Windows XP Pro.

I recently used a internet optimizer to speed up my internet, but I've used it once before

and never had this problem, I also turned it off and still the problem stays.

Your internet is experienceing problems i suggest uninstalling and reinstall the internet explorer software this should help with the problem if the problem proceeds try to use a different isp (internet service provider).
