Please help me out here. This is an emergency; I can't even access my mail due to this problem.

I have a very peculiar problem. Whenever I try to log into Hotmail, I get a message saying

"Your Web browser options are currently set to disable cookies. To use .NET Passport, you must enable cookies."

I have tried the options in the security and content screens in the options menu, including the advanced tab, and set it to accept all cookies. But to no avail. Please help me out here. This is an emergency; I can't even access my mail due to this problem.
