While I'm on the internet(MSN), I get disconnected and the computer restarts itself. I just bought the computer, so it's new, and I already did what compaq support told me to do and it didn't work(ie; put the system in safe mode, reset the system BIOS and reinstall the modem drivers on the system). Your my last resort before I return this computer back to Best Buy where I bought it.

There may be a resources conflict Check IRQ's, I/O for conflict and update An Electrical sag may also be cause of the problem
