My computer has serious problems! I installed Windows XP on my computer last May (when I got my computer), and used the XP Home Upgrade from Windows 98 SE. Everything was working fine up until the middle of September, when my computer lost it's mouse. It doesn't see it in Device Manager or anything like that, no matter what mouse you use (I'm using a Micro Innovations PS/2 mouse right now). Then, just about a week ago, my computer went nuts again, and now the floppy drive doesn't work! I've swapped floppy drives a few times, and I get one of two messages, either: "Please insert a disk into drive A:" or "The disk in drive A: is not formatted. Format it now?" Well, the disks I've used were all formatted by THIS computer, and it won't let you format them again anyhow (saying that they cannot be formatted). Any clue what's wrong here, or how to fix it?
