I was using my pc, when it suddenly started freezing the sound repeated quickly etc. then it stopped - i assumed it was just the processor sorting out too much at once. then it happened again and a blue screen came up with something like "physical memord dump complete" and then the PC restarted, but it said Boot from CD Rom: Boot from CD Rom Failed: Insert system disk and press enter

So i put in my XP setup disk and it started, but then said Hard disk not detected, please ensure a disk is connected and power to the disk is supplied.

Help much appreciated people.

Thanks in advance.

Ed
