How to fix a monitor?

i turn on the computer then the monitor.the monitors light goes green then about 2 to 3 seconds it clicks then turns orange.i tried 2 different monitors, including this one im using right now, so i know it cant really be the monitor.how do i fix this problem?

Maybe there's something wrong with the cables If there's nothing wrong with the monitor then it can be the connections in the back.
