The files in the registry gets corrupted Before your start up, the registry is checked to make sure that all the configuration files are present If it gets corrupted, then you will receive this type of message What you can do, restart your computer and hit the F8 key and select "Safemode" and press enter By doing this, it may help to restore your configuration.
