Scanner

I am unable to install my scanner - HP Scanjet 5470c with my windows XP. I downloaded the HP drivers and no matter what I do, scanner not recognized.

It is possible that the scanner is not compatable to WIN XP.

Be sure that is.

It also may a small problem such as a connection.

Check if the scanner is properly connected.

Pull it out and thatn put it back in.

Than reinstalled the drivers.
