What is new computer?

I am having trouble with getting it started up. I just built and am trying to install the OS on it and when i start it up it beeps a lot at me and then turns the monitor off and then nothing happens. I was wondering what you think is the problem? thank you

Well since this is a new build, I suggest you re-check your video card connection, and all of your other hardware again Ussually when you get a lot of beeps it's because the monitor is not connected properly or it failed to detect a video card.
