What's Hardware?

Hi all,

There is some problem with my PC. I am notto start my PC at first. I have to press power switch many times to get it on. but when it gets on it works fine. Normally when i put the power switch on, the Keyboard, HDD lights blinks. Power LEd glows dimmely but no post and speaker beep. I found CPU fan is also working eventhough computer doesn't boot. I dont know why this is happening. Please give me some solution.

This is a power supply problem Change the power surge and check AC outlet.
