Hi, I have a few dead pixels on my monitor. What can I do about this?

LCDs can have components fail causing dead pixel(s) while in some aspects this can be considered a defect with the computer hardware most manufacturers will not replace the LCD unless it has multiple dead pixels generally 4 or more which are at least one inch away from each other It is recommended when purchasing a laptop or flat panel that you ask the vendor or manufacturer what their policy is concerning dead pixels

If your LCD or Flat Panel is experiencing dead pixels it is recommended you contact the manufacturer of that display for replacement or repair
