Disconects huh?

What makes my computer occasionally stalls and involuntart disconnects? And sometimes takes several attempts to connect.

Most of the time when a computer disconnects from the internet using a 56 k dial up modem its one out of two reasons 1 there are problems at the location that you are dialing up too that would also be the reason why you would have trouble connecting Reason num 2 is that you are running too many programs on your comuter at the time you are connected and that will make the computer drop the connection The solution to that is to upgrade your Ram memory or not to run too many programs while your online
