You sent me an E-mail "Column Freeze - Poster Boy" 4-18-2003 Newsletter. Once we read it, we sent it to "Deleted". Ever since then, that one message prevents ANYTHING ELSE from being deleted and completely locks up the computer if we even try to delete it.

YOUR E-MAIL HAS FROZEN UP MY "DELETED FILE". This is the problem I would like you to solve for me.

We are now unable to delete any messages from the Deleted File and every time we try, it locks up the computer and we have to "Control-Alt-Delete" to take everything down and bring it up again. And then we're right back where we started from

Juno is supposed to have an automatic delete when Juno shuts down. Your message has disabled this feature.

Please tell me how to fix it and get rid of your message and free our Deleted File so it again functions.

Thank you

You with out a doubt have a serious problem here, what you are going to have to do is two things, one some booting on your computer if you know how, or two hire a proffsional technician.
