I lost my tool bar in IE6.0 how do I fix it?

Im having several problems with internet explorer. Firstly i would like ot know how do I get my internet options back because it has dissapeared and i cannot change my settings.

Also my homepage keeps on changing and i cannot change it back to the original homepage because i cannot get to the settings and options. THe home page keeps on changing and it is starting to bring up some unusual sites that take up the whole screen and and opening up more than one window at once.

THis is really urgently needs ot get fixed and i need help as soon as possible.

SOme information. I do not know what internet explorer Iam running because i cannot run the set up.

PLease can you tell me what to do and if i need to reinstall internet explorer and how i can do it.

You can change the internet options by going to > start / settings/ control panel> then click on the internet options icon in the genral tab delete cookies and temp pages set homepage to blank/ or what ever page you wish to start IE on this should correct the pop ups as for getting the IE options back on your tool bar you will need to change the regestry i found this site usefull http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/ has alot of original reg files . PLEASE make sure to BACK UP any reg that you will change or overwrite make sure too look into the correct version of IE and version of windows
