With os you are using 98 or XP?

When I try installing my lexmark Z12 on xp or my othercomputer with 98, I get and error message "Cannot continue installing ,the RPC server is unavailble"What can I do?

If you were once using the 98 os and changed to XP and now you printer will not install that is because you hace the wrong drivers installed on your computer

you can try to get the drivers from www.driverguy.com they should have the printer driver you will need.
