I received your newsletter last week. I read it and tried to delete it but it would not only NOT DELETE, it has since completely screwed up my E-mail and frozen the entire program. Everything I tried to do to delete the message seemed to make it worse. Now I can't get in to Juno at all -- I keep getting an error message telling me that Juno is trying to verify my E-mail folders. It's an endless loop that never stops.

Is it possible a virus attached to your Newsletter???

I have other error messages but I don't know how they apply, but I have written them down and can give the info to a technician upon request.

I just want to get rid of the messages or get to my Address Book so I can copy it before I have to delete Juno entirely. I'm afraid to "Uninstall" Juno until I know that will solve my problem.

I live in Sun City. My name is Shery Goodman. 623-933-3495. Since I'm using another computer and my main computer, a Dell laptop - is completely useless on E-mail, please call me by phone to help me resolve the problem.

The newsletter was the place that the problem first locked -- I could delete anything else EXCEPT your on-line newsletter. But now everything is locked beyond use. Please contact me so I can find out how to fix this problem.

Thank you,

Shery Goodman
