What is upgrade

When I go online it shows that I'm on line but nothing will work unless I run the CleanUp program and restart. Then it usually works. This happens all of the time. Do you have any ideas why it does this?

You have a minimal amount of harddrive space on your computer Try to permanently free up some space on your harddrive or get another harddrive disk

You can run msconfig in the run command and go to the startup tab then uncheck programs such as your internet service provider icon which is redundant space being taken up And any other programs you may have recieved from a manufacter that you rerally don't use Or on the general tab you have choices of different ways to free up your space when in startup mode.
