Recently I've been getting this Microsoft error reporting window that says it will report the error to Microsoft and then close explorer. When composing an E-mail I lose the whole thing. This seems to be a new thing from Microsoft. When I try to find info about the error, they say there is none available for my error problem. Do you have any Info on this subject?

Thanks,

Mike Niel

Your profile says win 98, i dont recall if win 98 has error reporting but for win xp.

By default, WindowsXP will request to report application errors to Microsoft

To turn this off:

Right click on the My Computer icon on the desktop

Select Properties / Advanced

Click on the Error Reporting tab

Check Disable error reporting
