How yo delete this icon?

Question

I went to a website that is normally no problem to deal with and an adult website loaded in it's place! I tried to back out and was hit with a barrage of pop-ups and unders (all adult related) and after doingmy best to end the mayhem I had an icon on my desktop. I have done ENERYTHING I can think of to remove this icon. I found it's source on my computer...deleted it. I found that it had added favorites into my favorites folder in explorer...deleted them. I used "Find..." to search any other bits that pertain to it...removed those. I looked in add/remove programs to see if it was a program, it wasn't, it's just an "internet shortcut". Every time I think I have this thing deleted it reappears 20 minutes later! I tried scanning it to see if it's a virus. No dice. Norton says it's fine, but I don't have an updated version of Norton Antivirus. I think that the problem might be brought on through my Kazaa program. I think that barrage of pop-ups came from there - not the website I originally was trying to download. Never the less, how can I remove this internet shortcut. It has even put an icon in my START menu! Please help, I'm desperate!

You have to go to the start up menu go to find files and programs and then you have to type the name of the icon that is on your desk top The releated files will come up then you read them carefully and delete the one that have the same name as your icon then up the delete the icon and the one on the startup menu as well.
