Upgrading

i have just installed a Asus A7v333 Mobo, running a AMD 1GHz processor with 512 333 ddr ram. The problem is when booting up it goes straight into Bios. The Bios is also asking whether the processor is 700 or 1000ghz, also the FSB is at 100. After i have put the setting correct, saved and exited the screen just goes blank. And when i boot up again i get the same thing. I have changed the battery just incase that was the problem, but to no avail. Please can you shed some light on the problem. Thanks..

Try switching the processor to 1000ghz and change the FSB to see if that works if not please try different processor and fsb setting
