Hi,

A few weeks ago my computer decided that it would not shut down, I have to do it manually each time. I have checked for virus's with Norton anti-virus. Also, it is taking me longer to check my e-mail and get into the web. I purchased my computer in Nov or Dec of last year, so it is not very old. Please help me!

Thanks,

Renee Beaudrie

The problem with the computer wont shut down is because maybe you have to update the bios or maybe is the power options problem check both to make sure...go to control panel click on power options and check enable hibernate support
