I got this while trying to use yahoo geocities pagebuilder to upload a photo to a webpage I was making. Never had a problem using this before. The only thing I did differently was I ran defragmenter the day before.

A simple suggestion I can give to you is install the bull guard, it comes in handy, I can personally speak from experience.
