Why am I unable to access a game online vs another game also online, it is my drivers.

when i try to log into an online video game multiplayer called jedi knight 2: jedi outcast multiplayer, a screen pops up announcing this: jk2mp.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the invonvenience.

it does not explain why, but i was told it was my drivers that needed to be fixed. however, on another multiplayer game called Return to Castle Wolfenstein, same problem occured, yet when i changed the drivers, the problem was fixed... think you can help? should i get a mechanic to look at my drivers?

You did not say whether you upgraded the drivers for the first game May be you should start there Also, may be your cookies does not support that game Or may be your memory needs upgrading.
