Why won't my PC start up after I installed a new motherboard?

Installed new motherboard and windows XP will not start up. It say problem with new hardware. I need HELP

Did your motherboard come with a CD?, if it did, that CD is full of drivers for your motherboard New boards today come with alot of intergrated parts and drivers are needed for them to work properly XP might not have the proper divers installed on it so your motherboard won't work.
