Unable to start driver for HPHipm11.exe(HPHipm11.exe)

Every time I boot up I get the message

RTL

Unable to start driver for HPHipm11.exe(HPHipm11.exe)

Can you help please (in easy steps as I am not technically minded)

You need to install the printer driver again hphipm11.exe is a printer related error By reinstalling your printer driver, you will be rid of the error message If the error still persist, then you may have a damaged driver and it needs to be replaced
