my computer turns on, but there is no power to the ide drives which include 1 cd/rw drive, 1 dvd rom drive, and my hard drive, and also floppy disk drive. the fans turn on in my mother board and the computer boots up, but when the system is loading it says "please insert system disk" or something like that. when i go into setup, and into the cmos config. it says that there are "none" for each boot up device. when i try to auto detect, it finds nothing and i cant do it manually. is there something wrong with my motherboard or power supply ? thanks
