This device cannot start [Code 10]

I get this message when installing my Geforce4 mx420 after i reboot everytime. I've tried reinstalling the drivers a million times! Nothing seems to work!How do i fix this? please help!

Try updating the drivers maybe that should do it go to the manufacturer site of the video card and udate the drivers
