How can I get my modem to hang up after using the phone dailer or disconnecting from internet?

My modem won' hang up after using phone dailer or disconnecting from internet or fax.

Got any ideas? If I remove phone plug from modem I get a new dail tone.

The only suggestion I can give you is to get in contact with your subscriber and tell them the problem, they will be able to help you, this sounds too technical.
