What is video card drivers?

I UNINSTALLED SOME PROGRAMS THAT I THOUGHT I DIDNT NEED.

AFTERWARDS MY COLORS CHANGED TO 2 OR 16 COLORS ONLY AND SMALLESTS.

PIXELS AVAIL.CAN RESTART MY COMPUTER. AND REINSTALL OLD SETTINGS.

SOME HOW. I TRIED RELOADING WINDOWS 98. WITH NO SUCCESS.

This sounds to me like you deleted yr video card's driver and they need to be re-installed Find out the manufacturer of your video card and go to their website and download the apropriate drivers.
