Why does my computer play a movie when I insert the system restoration disk?

System Restoration disk version 21.9 will not boot. When I put in the disk it plays a dvd movie ("The Doctor"). It is a system restoration disk though not a dvd. Any possible answers or solutions?

How many CD-ROM Drives do you have? If you have more than one, please check the one that you are not inserting the SR disk into for a DVD If both drives are empty, then make sure that you are in fact inserting the correct CD and not a DVD
